It was pretty rough and some of us were sick. I was sick, but what they did, they give you a ship's biscuit which is like a dog biscuit, a square thing, and you just carry on working and you'd eat...chew it this biscuit and it's extraordinary, it clears up the feeling of sickness you haven't go time to think about it.
